STEC

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT |HOSPITALITY DESIGN | SPACE PROGRAMMING

The Science Technology Education Center (STEC) allows the community of Kitchener to develop new skills in an innovative environment. Due to the increase of high-tech companies in this city, this recreation centre and museum is home to interactive experiences with science and technology. Originally built as the Goudies department store in 1925, the project houses residences, a multi-use restaurant, interactive exhibition spaces, a children’s play area, auditorium, roof top garden, classrooms and working studios.
